Over the time I have worked within the fitness industry I have trained and worked with some amazing individuals. One thing I have noticed is the passion that these people feel for their chosen career; these people are the fitness instructor who can’t understand why you wouldn’t want to get out of bed at 5.30am every morning and go for a run or the nutritional therapists that don’t eat wheat, gluten, dairy, lactose, sugar...
Don’t get me wrong, I am not putting these people down, I truly envy their commitment but I like to live in the real world, where exercise doesn’t make you want to throw up at the end of it and food is guilt free.
My mission is to help my clients find a lifestyle – diet, fitness programme or both - that fits into their life. This lifestyle won’t involve living on mung beans or exercising until your legs drop off – unless you have the time and inclination. I will share with you the ways (because there isn’t just one) to lead a healthy life without giving up all the things you enjoy.
Furthermore, I hope to inspire you to try something new that will enhance your life and sense of wellbeing.
