This 60 minute session will give you an overview on how to use your foam roller.
Foam rollers offer your muscles a massage without needing an extra pair of hands. Foam rolling can be used before exercise to support better range of movement and performance then after to improve recovery. Regular foam rolling combined with or without regular sports massage can help to reduce tight muscles and remove muscular knots.
Foam rollers are not provided, please bring your roller with you.
