Pilates is based on 6 principles; control, concentration, centring, precision, breath and flow. These principles should be integral to your practice and develop with your practice.
Lisa Hutson's Pilates classes run in 7 week blocks, each block begins with a fundamentals session which is designed to remind you of these principles.

Whether you are new to Pilates or have completed hours of practice you will be reminded of the important underlying principles which underpin good Pilates practice. Following the fundamentals week we will complete a 6 week plan, the plans are designed to develop your Pilates practice and improve your strength, flexibility and posture.

Block and taster bookings are only confirmed on receipt of full payment. Payments can be made in cash, by card or via bank transfer (please contact Lisa directly to arrange this).
Out of consideration for the trainer and other members, and also for your own safety (the warm-up is an important aspect of each class) please be aware that if you are more than five minutes late for a class, you may not be able to train.
Class blocks and taster session bookings are not transferable to any other person, all sessions must be used by the registered client.
Class fees may be increased by Lisa Hutson at any time. The proprietor shall give the clients not less than 14 days notice prior to any such increases.
