But lockdown brought with it a lot of stress, worry and anxiety due to the unknown. Parents became teachers, couples tried to work at home together. Partner & Family time became the norm as did movie night’s, takeaways and wine Wednesday (the joy of not having to drive the next day!).

Who am I……
Well I’m Lisa, a mum, nutritional therapist and pilates instructor. I haven’t had to home school during this period but I have been entertaining a 4yr old, trying to keep a business a float and support isolating parents.
So I know what you have been going through plus I know how to get “us” back on track.
